This Privacy Procedure (hereinafter, the "Procedure") establishes the procedure for the collection, processing, retention and protection by "BAUR" LLC of the personal data of natural persons (hereinafter, the "User") using the BAUR platform (the mobile application and the website), in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Protection of Personal Data".

1. Collection of data

When the BAUR platform is used, the Processor may collect the following data:

1.1. Data provided by the User (upon registration and when making purchases);

1.2. Technical data collected automatically (when the application/website is used);

1.3. Payment data. BAUR does not retain the full details of the User's bank cards. Payments are effected through the pages of licensed banks and payment operators.

2. Purposes of data processing

The Processor uses personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

• 2.1. to effect the User's registration and to administer the User's account;
• 2.2. to process ticket-sale and booking transactions and to issue electronic tickets;
• 2.3. to transmit the requisite information to Partners for the purpose of the proper provision of the service;
• 2.4. to calculate bonus-scheme accruals and to apply discounts;
• 2.5. to organise the operation of the User support service;
• 2.6. to send marketing notifications, special offers and e-mail communications (subject to the User's consent).

3. Transfer of data to third parties

BAUR does not sell or transfer Users' personal data to third parties, save in the following cases:

3.1. To Partners. Upon the purchase of a ticket or the making of a booking, only such data (name, telephone number, ticket/booking details) as are necessary for serving the User are transferred to the relevant Partner.

3.2. To service providers. To companies providing the technical infrastructure, dispatching notifications and processing bank payments (solely to the extent required for the performance of their functions).

3.3. In the cases prescribed by law. To the law-enforcement or other state authorities of the Republic of Armenia, upon an official demand and within the framework of the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

4. Data retention periods and security

4.1. Personal data are retained for so long as the User maintains an active account on the BAUR platform, or for such period as is required under the tax and civil legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

4.2. The Processor implements the requisite technical and organisational measures (data encryption, access restrictions) to protect the data against unlawful access, loss or leakage.

5. Rights of the User

The User shall have the right:

5.1. at any time, to demand the deletion of his or her personal account and personal data, by means of the "Delete Account" button within the application or by sending a written request to support@baur.am;

5.2. to opt out of marketing and advertising communications.

6. Amendments

6.1. The Processor shall have the right to update this Procedure from time to time.

6.2. In the event of material amendments, Users will be notified via the Platform or by e-mail.
